90-Day Risk-Free Trial

Every Joliluz order includes a 90-day risk-free trial. Use your Eye Wand every morning, and if you don't like what you see in the mirror, send it back within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions, no hoops, no restocking fees.

How to start a return

1. Email us at support@joliluz.com with your order number.
2. We'll reply with return instructions. Return shipping is free.
3. Once the return is received, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for it to appear on your statement.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at no cost any time before it is fulfilled. Once the order has shipped, the 90-day return policy applies.
