1. Products and cosmetic disclaimer

The Joliluz Eye Wand is a cosmetic device intended for general skincare and relaxation of the eye area. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Results and experiences vary from person to person. If you have an eye or skin condition, consult your doctor before use. Always follow the included usage instructions.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case you will receive a full refund. Promotional pricing and bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

3. Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. Shipping is free. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy; they are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Returns and refunds

Every order includes our 90-day risk-free trial. See our Refund Policy for full details on returns, refunds and cancellations.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to Joliluz and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joliluz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
