Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States only, and shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days. Tracking updates may take 2 to 3 days to appear after the shipping email arrives.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at support@joliluz.com and we'll chase it for you.

Lost or stuck packages

If a package is lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

Address changes

Made a mistake in your address? Email us as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before the order ships.
